Congratulations to the Star Business of the Week: Margaret Jo Hogg Alzheimers Outreach Center!

The Margaret Jo Hogg Alzheimers Outreach Center provides care to those experiencing Alzheimer’s or Dementia, as well as their families and care providers. Activities offered include craft activities, chair exercises, balloon volleyball, beachball kickball, music therapy, paws patrol visits and holiday and birthday celebrations. Business hours are Monday – Friday from 9:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., with hot lunching snacks provided every day.

The outreach center ensures care-providers are well-supported through a monthly support group, one-on-one family advising, educational materials, quarterly educational workshops and professional training sessions upon request.
