Star Business of the Week: Dogwood Trail Apartments

Dogwood Trail Apartments, proudly named this week’s Star Business of the Week by the Albany Area Chamber of Commerce, offers 65 modern units built in 2021. Dogwood Trail is not your average apartment complex. They provide unique benefits like tuition assistance for residents! In addition to two market-rate units, Dogwood Trail Apartments features 63 affordable units. They also boast a wellness center with on-site healthcare, a computer lab, state-of-the-art laundry facilities, financial literacy classes, a community garden and more! They actively collaborate with local resources and partners to support students and residents, and are expanding with 32 more units for seniors, breaking ground in October. All of their units are currently full, but interested individuals can join a waiting list for future opportunities.
