Star Business of the Week: Kelley – Meister Insurance Services

The Albany Area Chamber of Commerce proudly recognizes Kelley–Meister Insurance Services as this week’s Star Business of the Week.

Founded in 1970, this family-owned company has grown to include six agencies across South Georgia, with locations in Waycross, Valdosta, Albany, Moultrie, Tifton, and Vidalia. Headquartered in Moultrie, Kelley–Meister provides more than 40 lines of insurance coverage, offering reliable protection for individuals, families, and businesses — including specialized options for customers who may face challenges such as no ID or difficult driving records.

The Albany office opened in 2021, led by Shonda Peterson, a veteran agent with 20 years of experience who has been part of the Kelley–Meister team since 2021.

The Albany Area Chamber celebrates Kelley–Meister Insurance Services for its long-standing commitment to service, accessibility, and helping South Georgia residents find coverage that fits their needs.
