TTL, Inc. has been serving clients since 1964. TTL began doing business in Albany in 2003 after a merger with the Albany-based engineering firm Geosciences, Inc. As an engineering consulting firm, TTL serves clients in many capacities, but their main service markets are geotechnical engineering, analytical lab testing, construction services and environmental consulting.
