Wild Side Running has been serving the Albany area for more than four years, specializing in running and walking shoes and fitness apparel. Wild Side Running also sells nutritional items and accessories such as water bottles, lights, hydration belts, massage therapy and compression gear. Owner Chris Phillips believes what sets his business apart is his one-on-one customer service, taking the time to make sure the fit is correct and the customer is getting a product that works for them. A member of the Albany Area Chamber since just after opening, Phillips says, “As a small business, we benefit from a very aggressive Think Local campaign that our Chamber puts together. Other communities would benefit from this model.”
