THE L.E.G.A.C.Y. CASE MANAGEMENT – 2018 SMALL BUSINESS OF THE YEAR NOMINEE

The L.E.G.A.C.Y. Case Management is a state-certified contracted provider of case management services for consumers participating in the Independent Care Waiver Program in Georgia. This Albany Area Chamber 2018 Small Business of the Year nominee provides services for individuals with traumatic brain injuries or disabilities throughout Georgia’s 159 counties with the goal of preventing nursing home placement for their clients and providing needed care in the client’s home. The L.E.G.A.C.Y. is a supporter of the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Albany Baseball League and Albany State University’s social work program.

The 2018 Small Business of the Year and 2018 Non-Profit of the Year will be announced at the 2018 Small Business and Non-Profit Awards Reception on Tuesday, May 1 at 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Doublegate Country Club. Register for the event here.
