FREC 5K Race Series – Pink Run

What an event!

We are so grateful for the incredible turnout at last weekend’s Pink Run (over 90 runners participated – most ever for the Pink Run), kicking off the FREC 5K Race Series in support of breast cancer awareness.

From the runners and survivors who showed up in pink, to the families and friends cheering them on, to the incredible volunteers who helped make the morning possible—THANK YOU. Your energy, encouragement, and support made today so special.

A huge thank you to Phoebe Putney Health System, our presenting sponsor, our volunteers from Zeta Tau Alpha at Georgia Southwestern State University and Lee County High School HOSA, our partners and staff who gave their time to support this event and our community.

This event was about more than a race. It was about coming together, showing support and honoring the strength of those impacted by breast cancer.
