WHAT: Phoebe Network of Trust will honor up to 50 middle school aged boys who will benefit from their annual ‘Ties that Bind luncheon. “Ties that Bind”, is a very special event where men in the community bring a necktie to share with a young man as a token symbolizing their distinction as a positive role model for the youth of tomorrow.
