Affinis Hospice has been providing services to twenty-three counties in southwest Georgia since 2012. Services include physician and skilled nursing services, home health aides, chaplaincy and social work service as well as a network of volunteers to support and provide for the needs of patients in the comfort of their own homes. Affinis Hospice believes that a person diagnosed with a life-limiting illness deserves to live in comfort surrounded by the love of their family and friends and are dedicated to providing quality hospice care. Clinical Services Coordinator and Administrator, Sarah McPherson says, “As a member of the Albany Area Chamber of Commerce, Affinis Hospice has had the opportunity to interact with other businesses and leaders in the community. This has allowed our organization to grow and provide quality care to our neighbors.”
