FLINT RIVER HABITAT FOR HUMANITY – 2018 NONPROFIT OF THE YEAR NOMINEE

Seeking to put God’s love into action, Flint River Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities and hope. In 2017, the organization served two families with home ownership and six U.S. veterans through the critical repair program. Since 1986 Flint River Habitat for Humanity — an Albany Area Chamber 2018 Nonprofit of the Year nominee — has served more than 147 families in Dougherty and Lee counties.

The 2018 Small Business of the Year and 2018 Non-Profit of the Year will be announced at the 2018 Small Business and Non-Profit Awards Reception on Tuesday, May 1 at 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Doublegate Country Club. Register for the event here.
