When Felipe and Jennifer Zamudio opened Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant in 2019, their goal was for it to feel like “home” – and they have certainly succeeded though friendly atmosphere and a willingness to customize and innovate dishes based on customers’ unique preferences. Mi Casa prides itself on being the only restaurant in town to offer hand-made corn tortillas daily, and for having introduced the “margarita flight” to Albany – a mini flight of four mix and match margaritas which can be made from any of Mi Casa’s 15 different margarita flavors.
